Refund policy

We want you to love every purchase from us. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, here's our exchange policy:

  • You have a 48-hour window upon receiving your items to request an exchange.
  • Exchanges are applicable for items of equal value to those on your receipt.
  • Please note that clothing must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and labels intact to be eligible for exchange. Similarly, home accessories must be returned undamaged; we are unable to process exchanges for broken items.
  • Unfortunately, candles are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
